Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing is a nationally recognized procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector. Supported by prominent organizations such as the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), and HouseMark, PfH plays a crucial role in facilitating efficiency savings for its members, who collectively manage more than 75% of the UK's social housing stock.
