Our esteemed clients include iconic institutions such as the Houses of Parliament, TFL and Heathrow Airport. Moreover, we have had the honour of working with over 70 local authorities and social housing providers, further amplifying our footprint and credibility in the industry.

Nigel Jones, Managing Director of DCUK, originally started the Business as the owner of Fleetrest Ltd in 1983. Operating mainly as a Thermal Insulation Contractor, later moving into Asbestos Remediation.
Ductclean (UK) Ltd (now DCUK) was formed by Nigel Jones and family to service the requirement of the growing Ventilation Hygiene and Facilities Management Industry, and eventually selling the company to Amey PLC.
Vectra N.Jones was reacquired by Ductclean (UK) Ltd and EMS Group was formed to reflect the growing services the company had developed.
EMS Group was sold and Ductclean (UK) Ltd was extracted out of dormancy and recommenced trading in its new form as DCUK.
DCUK achieved Investors In People Gold, our 8th consecutive ROSPA Gold Award and the International Safety Award from the British Safety Council. Acquired new offices and training facilities of 11,000 sq. ft to provide for the future growth of the company.
Trinitas Contracts was acquired by DCUK. Marlowe plc later acquired DCUK to head up the Air Hygiene division and provide ‘Critical Services’ to our clients.
SB Hygiene Ltd acquired to increase the ventilation hygiene offering.
DCUK acquired Forest Environmental Ltd’s assets, following administration. Tersus Consultancy joins the air division. Awarded a 3 year licence for asbestos removal works in Northern Ireland. ‘STRIVE’ values recognised.
New offices opened in Birmingham, Leyton and Sydenham.
DCUK was reacquired by the Management Team. (Asbestos, Passive Fire and elements of Ventilation division along with Rail & Transport).
Secured a Place on the Restoration & Renewal Framework (R&R) at Palaces of Westminster. Completed successful Power Station Project at Eggborough for DSM.
Commenced fleet conversion to Electric Vehicles.
Renewal of Asbestos Licence in July 2022 (3 yr award), Awarded Leading Best Practice and Certificate of Excellence by ACAD in 2022, RoSPA award, 18th consecutive year and 7th British Safety Council award (Merit).
To commemorate 40 years in the industry DCUK rebrand to reinforce it’s core values and commitment to the environment and our clients.
